Chartlayer

Chartlayer is a tool for overlaying images on a Google Map. Enter the URL for the chart image then adjust the bounding box so the chart is aligned on the map. Clicking on the map shows the position. Use the crosshairs and toggle the overlay on/off to align features. Adjust the opacity to make the chart image more or less transparent.
